The złoty is (since 1924 to the present) the national currency of Poland. ISO 4217 currency code: PLN (Polish New zloty), until 1995 the code was PLZ. Initially, the złoty was divided into 30 groszy and equaled half a kopeck, but since 1924 it has been divided into 100 groszy.
