Trustly is a convenient and safe way to pay via your internet bank. Payment using it is only available for bank accounts in Estonia, Finland or Spain in the Eurozone and bank accounts in Poland, Sweden and Denmark outside the Eurozone.
It does not support payments from corporate accounts. You need to use another payment method such as card or bank transfer. The name on your bank account must match the name on your Wise profile in order to process the transfer.
The platform does not require registration and does not store any other information that could be used to access your bank account. In addition to the security of the banks themselves, the platform uses the highest standard of encryption available.
Safety
Trustly holds a European payment service provider license under the Payment Services Directive, which was incorporated into Swedish law by the Payment Services Act. It is under the control of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and has strict rules regarding payment processing. Trustly payments require strong authentication and no transaction can take place unless you provide your bank details, including a one-time code that only you know. In addition to all of the above, your data is not stored.
